Person-Centred Therapy

At the core of my practice is person-centred therapy, which means you are in the driving seat. Our sessions are guided by what matters most to you, not by a rigid agenda or my assumptions about what you need. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings and experiences at your own pace.

Faith & Spirituality as Part of Your Counselling

If you have a faith or spiritual belief and would like to bring this into your therapy when exploring your issues, please do let me know. I am a Christian but I am pleased to work with those of all faiths and none and I will not bring faith into therapy if you do not raise it.

Transactional Analysis

At the core of Transactional Analysis is exploring our communications with those in our lives, both personally and professionally, how we receive communication from others and how we choose to communicate in-turn and the affect this can have on those relationships.

CBT

CBT is a behaviour therapy that involves a lot of practical exploration of an issue or particular problem between the client and therapist and it is effective for changing negative thoughts and behaviours into postive ones.
